1Information we collect

We collect only what we need to answer you and provide our services:

• Contact details you give us, such as your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, and company or store name.
• What you tell us about your project or store, including links, files and messages you send us by email, WhatsApp, phone, Instagram or a form on this site.
• Business details needed to prepare a quote, deliver a project or list a store, such as trade name, contact person and invoicing details.
• Technical data that our hosting servers record automatically, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and the date and time of each request. These logs help us keep the site secure and working.
• Your cookie choices and, only if you allow it, analytics and advertising measurement data (see "Cookies and similar technologies").

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, card numbers or other payment card details through this website.

2How we use your information

• To reply to your messages and enquiries.
• To prepare quotes, agree and deliver projects, and provide support.
• To list and present stores in our store directory when the store owner has asked us to.
• To issue invoices and keep the business records the law requires.
• To keep the website secure, prevent misuse and fix problems.
• With your consent only: to understand how the website is used and to measure our advertising.

We process personal data where you have given consent, where it is needed to take steps you asked for or to perform a contract with you, where the law requires it, or where it is otherwise permitted under UAE law. We do not sell your personal data.

3Cookies and similar technologies

This website stores your cookie choice in your browser so it does not ask you again. This is necessary for the site to respect your decision.

When enabled, we may also use the following optional tools, and only after you agree in the cookie banner:

• Google Analytics (Google), to see which pages are visited so we can improve the site.
• Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) and Snap Pixel (Snapchat), to see whether our adverts lead to visits and enquiries.

Nothing optional loads until you choose. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. These providers process data under their own privacy policies.

4Who we share information with

We share personal data only when needed, and only with:

• Service providers that help us run our business, such as web hosting, email, messaging and, with your consent, analytics and advertising providers.
• Payment service providers, such as MyFatoorah, when you or your customers use payment services we set up. Card data is handled by the payment provider, not stored by Rfoof.
• Professional advisers, such as accountants and lawyers, where necessary.
• Government or regulatory authorities when the law requires it.

Some of these providers may store or process data outside the UAE. When that happens, we take reasonable steps to make sure your data stays protected, as UAE law requires.

5Stores we build or host for clients

When we build, host or support an online store for a client, the store owner decides how their customers’ data is used, and their own privacy policy applies to their store. We handle that data only on the client’s instructions and under our agreement with them.

6How long we keep information

We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes above: enquiries for as long as needed to respond and follow up, project and invoicing records for as long as UAE commercial and tax law requires, and server logs for a limited period for security. Optional analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of the provider, which we set to the minimum that meets our needs. When we no longer need data, we delete it or make it anonymous.

7How we protect information

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted HTTPS connections, access limited to people who need it, and trusted service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will act promptly if a problem occurs.

8Your rights

Subject to UAE law, you can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy.
• Correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Delete your data, or restrict how we use it, where the law allows.
• Stop using your data for a particular purpose, including direct marketing.
• Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what was done before.

To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we will reply within a reasonable time and within any period set by law. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the competent data protection authority in the UAE.

9Children

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

10Other websites and services

This site links to other websites and services, such as client stores in our directory, Instagram, WhatsApp and payment providers. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for their practices.

11Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The new version applies from the date shown at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we will make that clear on this website.
