1Our services

Rfoof designs and builds online stores, websites and mobile apps, lists stores in its online directory, and sets up online payments through payment service providers such as MyFatoorah.

Information on this website, including service descriptions, examples and prices, is general and for information only. It is not a binding offer. The scope, price, timeline and other conditions of any service are set out in a written quote or agreement, which takes priority over this website if they differ.

2Prices and payment

Prices on this website are in UAE dirhams (AED) and may change without notice. The price you pay is the one in your quote, agreement or invoice. Payments are due as stated there, and we may pause or stop work or services if an invoice is not paid on time. Value added tax applies where required by UAE law.

Payment services set up through third-party providers are also subject to those providers’ own terms, fees and approval processes.

3Store directory

Stores shown in our directory and work examples are run by their own owners. Rfoof does not sell their products and is not a party to any purchase you make from them. Questions about orders, delivery, returns or payments made in those stores should go to the store directly. We may add, change or remove listings at any time.

4Your responsibilities as a client

• Give us accurate information and the content, approvals and access we need, on time.
• Make sure you have the rights to any content, logos, images and product information you give us.
• Make sure your store, products and business comply with the laws that apply to you, including licensing, consumer protection and e-commerce rules.
• Publish your own terms, return policy and privacy policy for your customers.
• Keep your account passwords and access details secure.

5Using this website

You agree not to:

• Use the website for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful.
• Try to gain unauthorised access to the website, our servers or any connected system.
• Interfere with the website, introduce malicious code, or overload it with automated requests.
• Copy, reuse or republish content from the website without our permission, except as the law allows.

6Intellectual property

The Rfoof name, logo, website design and content belong to Rfoof or its licensors. Other names and logos shown on the site, such as those of client stores and payment providers, belong to their owners and are used to identify them.

Ownership of work we deliver for a client, and any licence to use it, is set out in that client’s agreement. Clients keep ownership of their own content and data.

7Third-party services

Our services and this website rely on or link to third-party services, such as hosting, payment providers, WhatsApp and Instagram. Their terms apply to your use of them, and Rfoof is not responsible for their availability, content or actions.

8Liability

We work to keep this website accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free or up to date.

To the extent permitted by UAE law, Rfoof is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business or data, arising from your use of this website. Our liability for services is set out in the relevant agreement. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.

9Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access to our services if these Terms or a client agreement are breached, if payments are not made, or if continuing would be unlawful or put others at risk. The details for each client are set out in their agreement.

10Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of the UAE, unless a client agreement says otherwise. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern directly.

11Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The new version applies from the date shown at the top of this page. Continuing to use the website after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
